Come and join us for Bungee Fitness, this is a type of fitness workout whereby you're attached to bungee cords which enables you to fly, jump & flip, while taking out the impact from joints. Join us for a workout like no other!!
Everyone welcome, no experience necessary.
Please wear leggings and a top that can be tucked in, NO crop-tops due to the harnesses & bring water!
