Come and join us at our adults hoop & silks class! Each week we alternate between hoop & silks so that skills and strength can be developed on both pieces of equipment. Our classes have a maximum of 8 people in a class and every student gets their own piece of equipment for the whole session. Over the 6-week term, we will learn a range of moves and sequences on the aerial equipment and practice putting sequences together to build confidence whilst flying high!

Please wear leggings and a t-shirt that can be tucked in, and bring a bottle of water!
