Northern Heights Studio, white and blue building on the right of the main farm village entrance. Further directions will be provided upon booking.
A steady paced aerial yoga class for all ages (18+) and abilities. This class is primarily focussed upon stretching and relaxation, however will also increase your core and upper body strength. The class can be taken at your own pace.
