Northern Heights Studio, white and blue building on the right of the main farm village entrance. Further directions will be provided upon booking.
Come along to get fit, strengthen your core and upper body, whilst having fun! Aerial hoop, aerial silks and aerial hammocks will be used within this class. All abilities welcome.
