Join us at Northern Heights for a full day of Bungee & Silks! We will be bouncing, flipping and flying our way through the morning with a Bungee workshop. Throughout the morning you will get to try a range of bungee styles, learn how to flip and somersault and play bungee games before a fun and exciting Silks workshop in the afternoon. During the silks workshop will be learning a variety of moves & sequences as well as putting together routines and playing aerial themed games. This is open for everyone aged 10+. All abilities welcome.
